What you bring to the role

  • A successfully completed degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional and project experience, ideally in a consultancy firm
  • Analytical thinking as well as planning and organizational skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • The ability to drive topics and projects as part of a value creation plan and to push for results
  • Personable and confident manner to successfully lead discussions at all levels of the portfolio companies
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to be flexible in convincing and motivating different target groups
  • Interest in being in charge of knowledge building of core topics within Equivia
  • Ability to keep track of projects and a pragmatic approach to implementation
  • Interest in continuous growth—on a personal and task level
  • Ideally more extensive experience in particular areas, e.g., sales, marketing, finance, or change management
  • General willingness to travel in order to work on-site for companies
  • Methodological knowledge in project management, possibly some initial experience in leading smaller teams
  • Excellent skills in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint; data analytics skills would be an advantage
